Mysore Ashtanga Yoga is the traditional, self-paced method of practicing Ashtanga yoga. Students practice the Ashtanga sequence at their own pace in a group setting, receiving individualized one-on-one instruction and physical adjustments from the teacher rather than following a led, class-wide routine. Join us for this workshop-style intro into self-practice.
For events and workshops, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event starts. Late cancellations or no-shows will not receive a refund to their account.
