Advanced Aerial Postures Pop-Up

Ready to try more advanced and beautiful shapes in the aerial silks? Join Rylee for a fun pop-up class to learn exciting new floating postures and unique transitions!

$40 or $35 for members. Sign-ups open soon.
Aerial classes have limited space. Sign up early!


Feel empowered to take your practice into a new phase. Pop-ups are an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and receive hands-on assistance. This class will help students build more confidence and challenge their aerial practice with advanced floating postures and transitions.

We recommend that students be intermediate to advanced. This means you have taken multiple classes, feel comfortable and strong in the silks, and can follow along with more detailed instruction. If you’re unsure whether this pop-up is right for you, ask an aerial teacher for help.

 
 

Students should bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a notebook to this class. We have rental mats available, free props to use, and a water cooler in the lobby.

Meditative Sound Bath

Welcome, Jet!
We are excited to announce that our 2nd Sunday Sound Baths will now be led by Jet. She has been a part of our Full Moon Flows and will now be a monthly staple at the studio!

This 60-minute sound bath will begin with a guided meditation followed by an immersive sound journey to restore your mind, heart, and body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and renewed.

Sound baths use the fundamental elements of music—notes, harmonics, frequency, and vibration—to guide you on a meditative journey. This experience fosters greater mental clarity and emotional awareness, helping you connect more deeply with your mind and heart. It also offers an opportunity to explore your emotional body, deepen your relationship with it, and begin to understand the messages it holds.

All are welcome to attend. No experience necessary! Regardless of your level, our sound baths require nothing except for you to lie back, relax, and simply receive.

This is a non-heated event.
Bring your yoga mat, wear something comfy, and feel free to bring any props, blanket, etc. We also offer props at the studio.

Awaken body, mind and emotions during this qigong and meditation session led by guest instructor Tammy Bux, accompanied by a soothing live sound immersion by sound artist Shazia Malik. This workshop is a unique mix of sound healing, movement and meditation creating a nourishing effect enhanced by the vibrational frequency of live music.

Qigong is a mindful movement practice integrating exercise, posture, breathing, awareness and meditation. Combined with the healing frequencies of the handpan instrument, this session will  lead to greater vitality, with the goal of a clearer, calmer state of mind and deep states of relaxation.

Learn the ancient eastern art of qigong with guest instructor, Tammy Bux, to help release stagnation in the body, mind and emotions, making space to replenish you with new, vital life force energy. 

QiGong is $15 for Muni Muni Members and $20 for drop-ins!


Tammy is a certified yoga instructor, qigong, breath work & meditation guide, TEDx speaker, poet, & wellbeing mentor. She takes students on a journey to healing & wholeness. Empowering them to discover their own radiance & wellbeing within.


Qigong is a mindful movement practice integrating exercise, posture, breathing, and awareness. Harvard Medical School research has shown its beneficial impact on the health of the heart, bones, nerves and muscles, immune system, and the mind.


Tammy’s mission is to encourage her students to connect with their intuition, cultivate resilience, and practice compassion for themselves and others through movement, meditation, breath work, and self-reflection.
