This 60-minute sound bath will begin with a guided meditation followed by an immersive sound journey to restore your mind, heart, and body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and renewed.
Sound baths use the fundamental elements of music—notes, harmonics, frequency, and vibration—to guide you on a meditative journey. This experience fosters greater mental clarity and emotional awareness, helping you connect more deeply with your mind and heart. It also offers an opportunity to explore your emotional body, deepen your relationship with it, and begin to understand the messages it holds.
All are welcome to attend. No experience necessary! Regardless of your level, our sound baths require nothing except for you to lie back, relax, and simply receive.
