Class lengths vary from 60 to 90 minutes. In-studio props are available. If you’re unsure, ask the teacher what props they recommend. Rental yoga mats and towels are available for $5, but are free for members.

Yoga is generally safe for everyone, but it’s important to consider if it is right for you. When practicing in the heat, there tend to be more health concerns, but it is also considered generally safe. Be sure to hydrate and eat nourishing food to help replenish what you sweat. Always consult your doctor with health concerns, injuries, or if you’re pregnant, and follow medical advice while practicing.
