Class lengths vary from 60 to 90 minutes. In-studio props are available. If you’re unsure, ask the teacher what props they recommend. Rental yoga mats and towels are available for $5, but are free for members.

Hot Yoga

HEATED

  • All levels / Hot (105’) / 60min

    Classic Hot 26 is a condensed variations of Traditional Hot 26&2. Some postures are done only 1x and no opening or closing breath. This is a set sequence where cues and class energy are unique per instructor. Practicing the same 26 postures every class offers room to advance and to watch your progress. Follow along and let the series settle in after some time practicing!

    Power is a flow-based practice with creative sequences that work towards connecting breath and movement.

    Power flow gives students the opportunity to build strength and explore postures like inversions and arm balances. Expect to practice Sun Salutations, down dog flows and toning exercises.

  • All levels / Hot (95’) / 60min

    Vinyasa is a flow-based class with creative sequences that work toward connecting breath and movement. Vinyasa gives students an opportunity to focus on alignment and mobility.

    You can expect to practice Sun Salutations, Down Dog flows and practice building postures.

  • All levels / Hot (95’) / 60min

    A chal­leng­ing, full-body, low-impact work­out, using light weights within yoga flows and postures. Build muscles through repetition while increasing your flexibility.

    Hand weights are always optional and are provided at the studio.

Pilates

HOT & NON-HEATED

  • All levels / Hot (95') / 60min

    Hot Pilates Classical Style is a low-impact, high-inten­sity work­out, using Pilates prin­ci­ples. Tone and strengthen mus­cles with­out the pound­ing of a high impact workout. Controlled movement and breath with the extra element of heat.

    This class differs from Inferno Style by having less cardio.

    Hot Pilates Inferno Style is a chal­leng­ing, full-body, low-impact, high-inten­sity work­out, using Pilates prin­ci­ples. Get your cardio up and tone and strengthen mus­cles with­out the pound­ing of a high impact workout. The class is performed with fast-paced music making it fun, exciting and energizing.

  • All Levels / Non-heated (75') / 60min

    This classic Pilates class is a chal­leng­ing, full-body, low-impact workout that will tap into the deep transverse and stabilizing muscles. This class will differ from Hot Pilates offering a little less intensity, but a similar opportunity to build strength.

    This class is great for beginners!

Ashtanga

NON-HEATED. 90 MINUTES.

  • Intermediate / Non-heated (75') / 90min

    We offer Full and Half primary classes throughout the week.

    Ashtanga is a traditional sequence based on eight principles and consisting of a series of poses executed in swift succession, combined with deep, controlled breathing. This specific class is led by an instructor.

    This is considered an intermediate series but this class is great place to begin your Ashtanga practice. We make it accessible to all.

  • Intermediate / Non-heated (75') / 90min

    Mysore style is not led by an instructor. Students must first take our Ashtanga Instructor Led classes.

    Traditional sequence based on eight principles and consisting of a series of poses executed in swift succession, combined with deep, controlled breathing.

    This is an intermediate class and requires the attendance of 1 or more Instructor Led Ashtanga classes.

 
 

Yoga

NON-HEATED

  • All levels / Non-heated (75') / 60min + 90min

    Deep stretch, or “Yin Yoga”, works through deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments and joints..

    Expect to hold restorative postures for 2-5 minutes. Props are used to create a comfortable practice. We provide props or you’re welcome to bring your own.

    “Deep Stretch 90” indicates 90minute class time.

  • All levels / *Warm (85') / 60min

    VinYin is a restorative practice that combines vinyasa flow and yin (deep stretch). Enjoy the benefits of both restorative and flow based yoga.

    You can expect full stretches, Sun Salutations and gentle flows. We encourage all levels to embrace the slower pace of VinYin.

    This class will be warm from previous heated classes but the heat will not be turned on during this practice.

    *Warm classes often do not use the overhead heaters depending on the room temperature from the previous hot class.

  • All levels / *Warm (80-85') / 60min

    These flow-based classes are creative sequences that work towards connecting breath. Vinyasa gives students that opportunity to focus on alignment and mobility while still challenging them to build strength.

  • All levels / Non-heated (75') / 60min

    Students will rest in savasana while being guided through a scripted visual meditation. This practice of guided meditation complements all other styles of yoga and offers a way to relax the mind.

    Suggested props; blanket, small pillow and eye pillow (available in-studio)

Aerial Yoga

NON-HEATED

  • All levels / Non-heated (75') / 60min

    Work on a variety of arm balances while connecting with your breath and body. We utilize the hammock as a prop to help get you into arm balances that make you feel empowered. You can adjust the intensity of each pose and movement to suit your body's needs.

  • All levels / Non-heated (75')

    We will play with building dance-like sequences that build heat, strength, and confidence in your body. This is a great class for those who feel comfortable with basic Aerial movement and want more challenge in their practice.

  • All levels / Non-heated (75')

    This restorative practice uses a low-hanging hammock as a prop to assist in stretching and relaxing offering traction and a new way to experience different spaces in the body. This class can be adjusted to your comfort level.

Mindfulness

NON-HEATED

  • All levels / Non-heated (75') / 60min

    Students will rest in savasana while being guided through a scripted visual meditation. This practice of guided meditation complements all other styles of yoga and offers a way to relax the mind.

    Experience authentic Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan with Patrick Roe in a small class setting.

    The Tai Chi long form is a 108-step mystery tour to increase mind/body connection, improve circulation, gain superior balance and strength, and extend your lifetime.

Safety

If you are sick please stay home. Consult your doctor with health concerns, injuries or if you’re pregnant. Always follow medical advice while practicing.

Arrive no more than 15minutes before class to allow the previous class to clear out and our staff to clean and sanatize. Our main entrance is locked during class but do not lock the practice room doors. Be mindful of others if you need to step out for any reason. If you leave the studio, the main door will lock behind you. We have a first-aid kit available at our front desk.

We provide lockers free of charge. Keep your locker key with you at all times. Leave items at your own risk. We have security cameras located in the lobby and the main hallway with clear views of the doors and lockers. We are a cashless studio - thank you for understanding.
