Heated

  • All levels / Hot (95’) / 60min

    Power is a flow-based practice with creative sequences that work towards connecting breath and movement.

    Power flow gives students the opportunity to build strength and explore postures like inversions and arm balances. Expect to practice Sun Salutations, down dog flows and toning exercises.

  • All levels / Hot (95’) / 60min

    Vinyasa is a flow-based class with creative sequences that work toward connecting breath and movement. Vinyasa gives students an opportunity to focus on alignment and mobility.

    You can expect to practice Sun Salutations, Down Dog flows and practice building postures.

  • All levels / Hot (105’) / 60min

    Classic Hot 26 is a condensed variations of Traditional Hot 26&2. Some postures are done only 1x and no opening or closing breath. This is a set sequence where cues and class energy are unique per instructor. Practicing the same 26 postures every class offers room to advance and to watch your progress. Follow along and let the series settle in after some time practicing!

    Traditional Hot 26&2 is the full series, performing all postures 2x and includes opening and closing breath.

    This is a set sequence where cues and class energy are unique per instructor. Practicing the same 26 postures every class offers room to advance and to watch your progress. Follow along and let the series settle in after some time practicing!

  • *Some Experience Needed
    Hot (105’) / 90min

    Traditional Hot 26&2 is the full series, performing all postures 2x and includes opening and closing breath.

    In this silent variation, there will be little to no verbal cues. *It is suggested you have some experience with the series so you can follow along. If you aren’t sure if you’re ready for this class, please feel free to reach out and ask questions!

 

PILATES

  • All Levels Welcome // Hot (95 degrees)

    Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing, full-body, low-impact, high-inten­sity work­out, using Pilates prin­ci­ples. It helps tone and strengthen mus­cles with­out the pound­ing of a high impact workout. The class is performed with fast-paced music making it fun, exciting and energizing.

  • All Levels Welcome // Hot (95 degrees-100)

    Level 2 Aspect: Intervals are 30 seconds on / 5 seconds off and this class will include compound movements.

Non-Heated

  • Use Vinyasa Yoga and Abstract Ballet to create a choreographed dance through yoga postures. Experience parallels and contrasts and how both build a breath, body, mind connection. Practice traditional sun salutations and asana before learning basic ballet terminology and technique.

    Use your yoga practice as framework for movement through different alignment and a new perspective.

    Bring your mat, water, and socks if possible!

    A general understanding of yoga postures is helpful but not required. Dance elements are beginner friendly and meant to be fun!

  • All levels / Non-heated / / 60min

    VinYin is a restorative practice that combines vinyasa flow and yin (deep stretch). Enjoy the benefits of both restorative and flow based yoga.

    You can expect full stretches, Sun Salutations and gentle flows. We encourage all levels to embrace the slower pace of VinYin.

    This class will be warm from previous heated classes but the heat will not be turned on during this practice.

  • All levels / Non-heated / 60min + 90min Classes

    Flexibility not required!

    Deep stretch, or “Yin Yoga”, works through deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments and joints..

    Expect to hold restorative postures for 2-5 minutes. Props are used to create a comfortable practice. We provide props or you’re welcome to bring your own.

    “Deep Stretch 90” indicates 90minute class time.

  • All levels welcome // Warm (85-90)

    These flow-based classes are creative sequences that work towards connecting breath. Vinyasa gives students that opportunity to focus on alignment and mobility while still challenging them to build strength. Students can expect a less intense heat during this class.

  • Intermediate / Non-heated / 90min

    Ashtanga is a traditional series of postures performed in the same order every time. We offer a modified Ashtanga class that will cover most postures in the traditional practice. Typically, this is considered an intermediate to advanced sequence but all levels are encouraged to sign-up with the option to modify and use props if needed.

    Suggested props; yoga blocks

  • All levels / Non-heated / 60min

    Students will rest in savasana while being guided through a scripted visual meditation. This practice of guided meditation complements all other styles of yoga and offers a way to relax the mind.

    Suggested props; blanket, small pillow and eye pillow (available in-studio)

  • Experience authentic Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan.

    The Tai Chi long form is a 108-step mystery tour to increase mind/body connection, improve circulation, gain superior balance and strength, and extend your lifetime.

    This class is now included in all memberships and class packages!

 

Aerial Yoga

  • All levels welcome // Non-heated (75)

    Work on a variety of arm balances while connecting with your breath and body. We utilize the hammock as a prop to help get you into arm balances that make you feel empowered. You can adjust the intensity of each pose and movement to suit your body's needs.

  • Intermediate // Nonheated (75)

    Come work on a variety of arm balances while connecting with your breath and body. We utilize the hammock as a prop to help get you into arm balances that make you feel empowered. You will be able to adjust the intensity of each pose and movement to suit your body's needs.

    Level 2 Aspect: Students are expected to have a basic knowledge of Aerial Vinyasa and will be guided through more advanced flows and postures.

  • All levels welcome // Non-heated (75 degrees)

    Join us as we float through 60 minutes of Yin postures. Students will learn how to use yoga hammocks (silks) to support their restorative practice.

  • All levels welcome // Non-heated (75 degrees)

    We will play with building dance-like sequences that build heat, strength, and confidence in your body. This is a great class for those who feel comfortable with basic Aerial movement and want more challenge in their practice.

  • Using a “Silent Disco” noise canceling headphone system, you will listen to music and cues without external distractions. Aerial Yin is deep stretch style class using a low-hanging hammock to assist in stretches.

 

You will see some classes are labeled “Aerial Room” or “R2”. This mean class will be in our smaller studio space. Located across from the restrooms, just past the hot room. The aerial room has its own set of cubbies for students in that class. Please bring your personal items into the aerial room with you. This helps prevent too much congestion in the halls and lobby.

 

Studio Props

Studio props are available at no charge.
Yoga Mat & Towel Rentals = $5 (free for members)
(we ask you please use a rental towel with our rental mats)

Props: Blocks, bolster, blankets, meditation pillows, Spiro Stretch, straps, weights, and more.
