Our After-Hours Classes are non-heated to help beat the summer temps! The class styles are different each night but consistent each week. The fun twist is that teachers rotate nightly and bring their own unique twist to each class style.

Tuesdays ~ Vinyasa Flow Styles
Wednesdays ~ Fitness
Thursdays ~ Restorative

AH classes are included in all memberships and class pack credits (or save with drop-in rate).
