Experience authentic Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan with instructor Patrick Rowe. This workshop is open to everyone, no experience necessary.

The Tai Chi long form is a 108-step mystery tour to increase mind/body connection, improve circulation, gain superior balance and strength, and extend your lifetime.

This is a learned sequence that requires strict movements, and the instructor uses hands-on adjustments to help students achieve the correct form.
