Greetings! I'm Erin. I've been practicing yoga for 10 years, and it's been an incredible journey. My introduction to yoga was after the birth of my son. I faced back pain, imbalance, body awareness issues, and discomfort. A local yoga class with an inspiring instructor dramatically altered my experience. After only a few sessions, my pain diminished, and my strength improved. The spiritual element of yoga was an unexpected yet welcome bonus.
Aerial Yoga captured my interest next, and I found it at Simply Yoga. The graceful movements and dance-like poses in the hammock drew me in. It was an ideal balance of strength and flexibility, with the benefit of spinal relaxation. In 2019, I completed my Aerial Yoga teacher training with Jessie Coakley, the founder of Simply Yoga and Aer-FLOW.
Teaching yoga was my natural next step. In 2021, I enrolled in Parallel 45 Yoga's 200-YTT to improve my practice. My first day of training was remarkable, ending with harmonium music and chanting, an experience so beautiful that it moved me to tears. The spiritual awakening that followed was life-changing.

As an instructor, I hope to share my experiences and passion for yoga with anyone interested. From vinyasa to Aerial Yoga to floating restorative, I offer something for everyone. Join me on the mat or in the air, and let's get started on a transformative journey.

I moved to Vancouver from Pittsburgh, PA, about 12 years ago, and I love the yoga community I’ve found here! For me, yoga started in high school, but ballet was my priority for 15 years before letting it go in college. Yoga never really went away, though.
It was important to me to maintain flexibility, and I had a lot of damage to my body from so many years of dance. I’m not particularly sporty, and I really dislike running, so I turned back to yoga and developed a more well-rounded and challenging practice.
I want to help make yoga tangible to everyone, whether it's meditation or a physical practice. I use my dance background to find interesting ways to explore movement and offer different cues. I am passionate about anatomy, brain science, sequencing, and balancing your practice.
I’m proud to have taught at Muni Muni for the last 5 years, and watching this community grow has meant so much to me!

Monthly members receive 3 guest passes per month, and yearly members receive 40 passes per year.
You will need to sign your guest up for class. If it is their first time, they will need a Momence account, which the member can set up. When signing yourself up, you will need to add your guest at the same time to use your pass.
Members must accompany their guests.
If your guest needs to cancel, they must do so through their own Momence account. A pass will be deducted from the member’s account if a guest doesn't cancel.
Do guests have to be new students?
No. Passes can be used for anyone, even if they already attend classes. You can bring the same person multiple times.
Can I bring more than one guest at a time?
Yes. As long as your guests are signed up for class, you can bring more than one. Members must accompany their guests.
