Erin W. Class Schedule

 

Greetings! I'm Erin. I've been practicing yoga for 10 years, and it's been an incredible journey. My introduction to yoga was after the birth of my son. I faced back pain, imbalance, body awareness issues, and discomfort. A local yoga class with an inspiring instructor dramatically altered my experience. After only a few sessions, my pain diminished, and my strength improved. The spiritual element of yoga was an unexpected yet welcome bonus.

Aerial Yoga captured my interest next, and I found it at Simply Yoga. The graceful movements and dance-like poses in the hammock drew me in. It was an ideal balance of strength and flexibility, with the benefit of spinal relaxation. In 2019, I completed my Aerial Yoga teacher training with Jessie Coakley, the founder of Simply Yoga and Aer-FLOW.

Teaching yoga was my natural next step. In 2021, I enrolled in Parallel 45 Yoga's 200-YTT to improve my practice. My first day of training was remarkable, ending with harmonium music and chanting, an experience so beautiful that it moved me to tears. The spiritual awakening that followed was life-changing.

As an instructor, I hope to share my experiences and passion for yoga with anyone interested. From vinyasa to Aerial Yoga to floating restorative, I offer something for everyone. Join me on the mat or in the air, and let's get started on a transformative journey.
